WHAT THIS TRAINING WILL COVER

This training is highly focused on cultivating your own practice so that you can teach through transmission and embodied wisdom from your own personal connections. Deepen your own Nidra practice & understanding of these quiet teachings to help brings clarity, peace, resilience, fulfillment and purpose.

​

Learn everything you need to know in order to skillfully and authentically lead yoga Nidra practices and create sacred space for students to drop into deep rest.

​

Learn all about the law of samskaras (karmas) and understand how these impressions, thoughts, & emotions affect your core beliefs and the results in your life. How to “re-wire” your Karmic patterns through the process of intention (sankalpa)

​

You'll be educated about trauma informed Yoga Nidra and  trauma sensitive language

​

Learn how to systematically guide people through the five subtle body layers (maya koshas): the physical, energetic, mental/emotional, witness, and pure presence.

​

Learn how to create rich, authentic, and creative scripts that are unique to YOU while remaining true to the teachings of Yoga Nidra.

​

Learn the basics on how to record, edit, and post recordings online to platforms like Youtube, Facebook, etc.

Practice teach & start writing script


Week 2
Intro to the koshas (sheaths)
Four states of consciousness
Anandamaya Kosha
Practice teach / body scan script

Week 3:
Yoga nidra lineage / history
Intro to pranayama kosha
The nervous system
Practice teach / write script

Week 4:
The three brains
Inner Sanctuary work
Trauma informed Nidra
Samskaras
Intro to manomaya kosha
Practice teache / write script

Week 5:
Inner sacntuary journey
Power of symbols
Intro to Vijnanamaya kosha
Practice teach / write script

Week 6:
The subconciouss mind
Intro to ananda maya kosha
review 10 step protocol 
Practice teach / write script 

Week 7:
Sleep states of consciousness
Tech support / recording yoga nidra
Finalize 10 step protocol script
Nidra Ceremony
