Using the shamanic drum journey, clients come to know and develop a working relationship with his or her own Helping Spirits. Through this interaction with the Helping Spirits, clients can overcome fears, grow their self-confidence, access information for life directions, and acquire heart wisdom to realign to their Soul Purpose.
PRENATAL CARE & RESTORATIVE MASSAGE
Restorative massage uses a blend of supportive trigger point therapy, long nourishing strokes, integrative head and shoulder work, and soothing feel good fascia work to reguate the nervous system, slow down brain waves, and support depletion.
Prenatal care offerings are similar with more focus on low back, hips, and pelvic care.
